How will I make payment using card?

We accept both Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Credit Cards like VISA and Master Card, American Express and Debit Cards like Visa and Maestro Debit Cards are accepted on purchase.

Is there any cost or any other doc required?

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges when delivered within Bangladesh. The total price mentioned on the product page in Diamond World Website is final. For International orders, we charge shipping charge and proper documents is required.

I lost my jewellery, can I get a duplicate?

Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you .Only we need the invoice copy issued from Diamond World Ltd and WE WOULD BE Happy to send it Again.

Can I re-size my Ring?

In case your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to resize.The resizing can be done throughout the life.

Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?

You may contact our Customer Customer Care. and they will help you with a customized gift card.

Are prices on DiamondBD subject to change?

Yes Prices for HED Gold-N-Design are subject to change without notice.

How much time do I have to make returns?

All returns shall be made in writing and approved. Requests should be sent to HEDColorado@gmail.com within 5 days of purchase.

What if I don't know the ring size?

The best way to do is to visit any Retailer and get the ring size measured .There is no better way to get the actual Ring Size.

What will my packing be like?

Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive Diamond BD gift box sealed in a tamper-proof packing.

Do you offer any additional discounts?

Discounts are seasonal and depend on items to items and also on occasions. In online business where we have no overheads , so the price is always cheaper ,. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices.
